Refund Policy

1. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Submit requests within 12 hours after payment.

  • Cannot cancel once order is processed, packed, or shipped.

  • A 6.9% + $1 processing fee applies.

2. Returns

  • 30-day return period from purchase or 14 days from delivery.

  • Items must remain unused with original packaging.

  • Customers bear shipping unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

3. Refunds

  • Issued for incorrect, damaged, or late deliveries.

  • Documentation required (photos, videos, order info).

  • Buyer’s remorse: return shipping paid by customer.

  • Refund processed after item inspection.

4. Exchanges

  • Free replacement for carrier errors.

  • Replacement costs apply if customer provides wrong shipping info.

5. Restrictions

  • Orders in transit cannot be canceled.

  • Pre-orders/custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery are not reimbursed.

6. International Orders

  • Customs fees may apply depending on your country.

  • Returns/cancellations due to customs fees are generally not accepted.
